Information regarding admission to the University of New Mexico can be found here: http://apply.unm.edu Students interested in the Undergraduate Certificate Program may apply using the undergraduate application form. Students applying to the Professional Development Graduate Certificate will apply as a graduate, non-degree seeking student.
Students interested in adding the Minor must be currently enrolled as a degree seeking student at UNM in the program of their choice. Once enrolled, the Undergraduate Minor may be added by their Program Advisor. The Graduate Minor may be added to their Program of Study with the assistance of their Program Advisor and the Director of Museum Studies.
Students applying to the Museum Studies Undergraduate Certificate Program or Professional Development Graduate Certificate should contact the Museum Studies Office and request a Museum Studies Certificate Program application form. This form, along with a letter of intent describing the applicant's academic background and interest in the program should be submitted directly to the Museum Studies Office at the address below. For priority consideration to the certificate program submit all materials no later than July 30 for the fall semester, November 15 for the spring semester, and May 1 for summer sessions.
